We are not a research lab and we are not a reseller. We teach people to use AI properly, then build the specific things they need. That shapes how we work.
Verification is a value, not a step
We apply the same habits we encourage clients to use. Confident, unchecked output is the fastest way to lose a client’s trust and ours.
Travel, but sensibly
Client workshops are usually onsite. Expect regular interstate work in blocks, with genuinely flexible weeks around them.

AI Workshop Facilitator
Run practical AI workshops inside client organisations and capture the opportunities each room uncovers. You are comfortable in front of a sceptical group and better at listening than presenting.

Get in touchHow we hire
Four steps, about three weeks, no unpaid project work.
- A conversation. Thirty minutes, both directions. We explain the work honestly, including the parts that are tedious.
- A practical session. For facilitators, you run a short segment with us as the sceptical room. For engineers, we look at something you have built and talk through the decisions.
- Meet the team. Everyone you would work with, in one sitting.
- Offer and references. Written offer first, references after, so you know where you stand.
Applications and your privacy. Anything you send to careers@augmax.info is handled under our privacy policy. We keep unsuccessful applications for twelve months in case something suitable opens up, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
