1. About these terms
This website is operated by Augmax Pty Ltd (ACN 674 064 932, ABN 32 674 064 932), an Australian private company based in South Australia (“Augmax”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to your access to and use of augmax.info. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Workshops, workspace and development services are governed by a separate written agreement; that agreement prevails over these website terms for the services it covers.
2. Information on this site
Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice specific to your circumstances. Service descriptions, availability and pricing may change; the terms of an engagement are set out in a written proposal.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, code, graphics, workshop materials and the Augmax name and logo — is owned by Augmax or its licensors and protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark law.
You may view, download and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, adapt, sell or use our content or branding commercially, or use it to train machine learning models, without our written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaches any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data;
- interfere with the operation, security or availability of the site;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or contact details; or
- submit false information, malicious code or unsolicited commercial messages through any form on the site.

When you send an enquiry, request a time or subscribe to the briefing, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Personal information is handled under our privacy policy. Please do not send confidential or sensitive material through website forms — contact us and we will arrange a secure channel.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice. Parts of the site may be cached on your device for offline use; cached content may not reflect the latest version.
