Explore AI.
Keep your business in view.
The generative AI market moves quickly: new assistants, models and coding tools arrive every month. Their data practices and controls differ. A workspace shaped around your organisation helps your people experiment, use business knowledge and develop useful tools with clear boundaries.
A familiar workspace.
Your organisation’s rules.
This is an illustrative interface and data flow, not a live product. The actual tools, providers and data boundaries are chosen with each organisation.
What are you working on?
Start with a task. Keep a person in the loop.
Thousands of tools. Different rules for your data.
Some AI products offer business plans and privacy controls; others are designed for individual use. Features, settings, retention and provider terms vary. The important question is not whether a tool calls itself “private” — it is what happens to your organisation’s information in the setup you choose.
Which provider processes it?
Know which model or service receives a prompt, file or code sample, and where that processing takes place.
How is it used and retained?
Check whether submitted data may be used to improve models, how long it is retained and how deletion works.
Who has access?
Decide which people and teams can reach approved tools, internal knowledge and development environments.
A place to experiment, apply and build.
Augmax works with your organisation to plan a managed AI environment around the work you want to improve. The design depends on your requirements, existing systems and the providers you approve.
Try suitable AI tools
Give teams a considered place to compare approved assistants and models, practise prompting and learn where AI helps in their day-to-day work.
Work with your knowledge
Where the chosen setup supports it, connect selected business material so people can explore relevant tasks without treating a public chat as the company knowledge base.
Prototype useful tools
Explore prompts, agents, automations and code in a development workflow agreed for your organisation, with review and access practices that fit the work.
Clear boundaries, not blanket promises.
“Private AI” is not one universal product setting. Before any workspace is configured or business information is connected, we document the proposed provider, data flow and controls with your organisation.
| Decision | What we make clear |
|---|---|
| Providers and models | Which AI services are in the proposed setup and which providers process information. |
| Data use | Applicable provider terms on model improvement, retention, deletion and support access. |
| Processing locations | Known storage and processing regions, including relevant third-party services. |
| People and permissions | How users are added, what they can access and who manages those permissions. |
| Development workflow | How prototypes, code, review and any links to existing business systems are handled. |
Important: A managed workspace does not automatically mean data stays on your own servers or never reaches a third-party model provider. The actual data path depends on the tools and configuration selected. We confirm those details and the applicable terms before onboarding; do not submit confidential information to a proposed workspace until your organisation has approved that setup.
Designed around your people and your systems.
We begin with the tasks your team wants to make easier, then work through the environment and safeguards that make sense for your organisation. No replacement programme by default; existing systems and policies are part of the conversation.
- Teams that want a sensible place to explore generative AI at work.
- Organisations that need to understand provider data terms before using internal information.
- Businesses exploring internal assistants, workflow tools or code-based prototypes.
- Leaders who want clear ownership, access and review practices as usage grows.
Augmax works with organisations in South Australia, Victoria and the Gold Coast. The specific platform, providers and controls are scoped with each organisation; there is no one-size-fits-all setup.
Before you connect anything.
Are all other AI tools public or unsafe?
No. Providers offer different products, plans and settings. Some have business controls designed for organisational use. Those need to be assessed on their actual terms and configuration rather than a blanket label.
Does “private” mean our data never leaves our systems?
Not necessarily. A workspace may send prompts or selected material to an external model provider to generate a response. We identify the proposed data path, provider terms and processing locations before your organisation decides whether to proceed.
Can we develop code and internal tools?
That can be part of the agreed setup. Development access, code repositories, review and deployment practices depend on your systems and requirements and are scoped before work begins.
Do we need to change our existing systems?
No. We first look at what you already use and where the friction is. Any connections or changes are considered with your organisation before they are made.
